The ballasts and bulbs come with one year warranty from all
factory defects.
Product must be installed without touching the bulb for warrantee to be valid.
If any component fails within warranty period under normal use, we will replace
the defective component immediately. |

Please, keep in
mind that the buyer shall be responsible for shipping and any other costs no
covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Return & Refund Policy
Merchandise must be returned, unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt by
customer.
All non-defective returned merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
The customer will
not be refunded for the cost of shipping and handling the item to them.
On non-defective returned
merchandise the customer shall incur the cost of shipping and handling in returning the item.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. |
