Returns, Warranty
The ballasts come with one year warranty and the bulbs 6 months from all factory defects. Product must be installed without touching the bulb for warrantee to be valid. If any component fails within warranty period under normal use, we will replace the defective component immediately.
 

Please, keep in mind that the buyer shall be responsible for shipping and any other costs not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

All non-defective returned merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned, unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt by customer. The customer will not be refunded for the cost of shipping and handling the item to them. On non-defective returned merchandise the customer shall incur the cost of shipping and handling in returning the item.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours after receipt of valid payment information. We process orders during business days only: Monday through Friday. All payments received Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. The Post Office does not pick up on Sunday or holidays.

Estimated delivery time for the USA, Canada and Europe is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment and other countries estimated delivery time is approximately 10-20 business days.
